Crédit Agricole’s “Digital Chapter” wishes to improve the quality of its digital products (web journey, mobile applications). The objective is twofold: to improve the user experience in branches and remotely, and to reduce environmental impacts.

An internal label to facilitate the transition

  • A banking application for the branch advisor must be simple and quick. Sober not to overload the agency’s internet connection, fast so as not to disrupt the relationship between the advisor and his client.
  • As for the environmental impact of IT, it no longer needs to be demonstrated. Improving the simplicity of the applications will allow us to start reducing this impact.

Results

  • Web and mobile Squads have their products easily assessed by the Greenspector Expertise and Measures Center
  • The label facilitates internal communication and emulation, progress is visible and encouraged
