An Analysis enables you to track the sobriety, performance and impact of a User Journey over time. This is the scale on which the ecoscore and environmental impacts are calculated.
Within an Analysis, you can divide your User Journey into several functional areas.
It is not currently possible to subscribe to additional Analyses from your account. Contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.
For the Enterprise plan: the time is unlimited.
For Starter and Pro plans: Only the actual measurement time is counted. Time spent preparing terminals, installing applications, uninstalling (etc.) is not counted. It’s what happens between your StartMeasure and StopMeasure instructions that counts!
For the Enterprise plan: time is unlimited.
For Starter and Pro plans: Unused measurement time is non-refundable and cannot be carried over to subsequent months.
It is not currently possible to purchase additional measurement time. Consider subscribing to the Pro plan if you are at Starter, or to the Enterprise plan.
