The Greenspector Digital Service Efficiency Certificate
The certificate is awarded to mobile applications and websites that combine energy efficiency, data efficiency and performance.
- Energy efficiency on user device: to reduce quality risks, improve inclusion and reduce impacts.
- Data consumption efficiency: to reduce environmental footprint and facilitate mobile usage.
- Performance: to limit footprint while improving UX.
Measurements are grouped, analysed then converted to scores. An ecoscore from 0 to 100 summarises the whole, with three certificate levels: Bronze (50-69), Silver (70-89), Gold (90-100).
