CSR policy
What we put into practice every day
At Greenspector, CSR is not just talk: it is a daily practice that guides our client relationships, our contribution to the responsible digital ecosystem and how the company is governed.
Satisfy our clients
- Regular satisfaction measurement when Greenspector Studio is delivered and after initial onboarding.
- Commitment to quarterly client meetings with the CSM (Customer Success Manager) team.
- Annual user club meeting to transparently share client feedback, evolving needs and satisfaction surveys — measured rate: 100% of clients very satisfied.
- Co-development policy to define our R&D strategy and development priorities.
- SLA for critical and minor outages, reviewed regularly.
- Ticket resolution for a controlled quality policy.
Help reduce our clients' impact
Our ambition is to help clients reduce the environmental impact of their digital services, with a goal of carbon neutrality by 2030.
Our ecosystem and alliances with other committed responsible digital players help increase the visibility of our efforts:
We also raise awareness through blog articles and working groups or associations such as Green Code Lab, Green Lab Center and the Green Compagnons network.
Identify and share frugality best practices
Measuring our clients' applications and websites leads us to identify and recommend best practices. We contribute to and use existing frameworks:
- GR491
- RGESN
- 115 web ecodesign best practices
- Designers Éthiques
Our experience — especially through measurement — lets us back these recommendations with concrete feedback and explore new approaches. We share them with clients and integrate them into our frameworks, awareness sessions and blog articles.
We are also broadening our expertise by offering RGAA support.
Expand access for associations
We can make the tool available to certain special organisations: non-profit associations or some scientific projects (e.g. VU Amsterdam).
In this context, our strategy is to provide Greenspector Studio at half the standard price.
This is one of the goals of our Mobile Efficiency Index tool.
